EDIT: They replied to my feedback. This indicates that they actually want to improve, which is a heck of a lot more than I can say about other app developers who aren’t willing to listen to constructive criticism. Updating from 3 to 4 stars given the apparent intent to improve their UI/UX _______ The search feature worked just fine before. I could type in a product or company name and it would give results But now it’s AI driven so I need to scroll past an inane explanation of what your AI thinks I’m asking about, then I might get the results I was looking for. If I type in a company name, that should appear in the results. Not “it looks like you’ve purchased X type of product before so you’re probably looking for Y company.” No, I put in ABC LLC and I want to see that company’s page

All I needed was the tracking number for my order, not another stupid app to deal with

I am very upset that the left side of this item is ripped inside within a month showing that this brand is not a not quality from it description my thought was wrong

This app is very helpful. Especially these days when you have people that watch for packages to be delivered so they can steal them.

This dress is pure polyester, the collar and shoulder areas are not correctly cut and sewn and looks crooked on you! Many of these sellers on Instagram use the original dress to lure unsuspecting customers! I will never purchase from this one and others on Instagram!

I bought two Christmas presents back in December 2025 and still haven’t received my packages, I tried to contact store but the store no longer exists, and shop has never gave me a refund back or not even a explanation of why they have stores on their app that will scam you. This is a bad platform with bad user interface and experience. It only wants to sell me more stuff. I just want to see when my package will arrive. To get that information I need to download another app. I do not recommend Shop. It is poorly designed and poorly executed

The only problem I have with the Shop App is if a package is transferred to a different shipment provider than originally ordered from I just get a package of a box saying delivered. I don’t know which box. I order a lot.

Connecting my email is a confusing, laborious and frustrating process…I think I accomplished it, but it is not user friendly. I spent a large part of my career in robotics…making computers and developing software and implementing the same. I am not a tech beginner…you ask a person using their phone to scan a QR code to pass a security protocol…how stupid does that appear?

This app is cool because of all the tracking you can do across multiple websites on your purchases. The shipping info is easily accessible & accurate. But I cannot STAND all the email updates (yes I’ve managed my preferences.) I would prefer push notifications via the app as opposed to emails clogging up my inbox that I then have to delete later.

I have no problem with the product but it took 24 days for it to be delivered, after contacting customer service twice.

This is so bomb!!! It smells so good the lather is great, and it has your body so smooth and soft. I will be ordering another bottle!
