I am finding out a lot and truly improving my sleep
Literally tried at least half a dozen sleep monitoring apps after I got my Apple Watch a few months ago. I have a couple chronic illnesses and need accurate sleep data. This was the last one I tried, and the best. The most accurate by far. I don’t love rings, so it gives me other ways to view the data. I prefer the History view. But however you view it, the data is simply more accurate. And you don’t have to tell it you’re going to bed now. If you wear the watch, it’s “wear it and forget it.” Oh… and it’s pay ONCE. Perfect app. This, plus WorkOutDoors for my walking app, are my two favorite and most useful apps.
It Really helps me understand my sleep patterns and how my lifestyle affects sleep.
Works seamlessly with Apple Watch yet delivers much more sensible and realistic results than Apple Health
This app is excellent for keeping track of sleep and what effects one’s sleep. Perception and reality of sleep are not always the same. Highly recommended.
I love to be able to see the data and know my quality of sleep broken down so well.
Works great but I have had several nights where my watched failed to send sleep data to my watch has failed to send data to my phone.
So far, this is a great app. It provides a lot of data, way more than the built-in sleep app. Waiting to get some more data to see trends develop but so far I am very impressed and glad I purchased it.

Overall I think this app does a great job of tracking my sleep and the depth of my sleep. There is one problem that I frequently have with this app. If I watch a movie just before bed, or read a book just before bed, it will count that still time as sleep. When I go in to adjust and say there is less sleep, it never changes that to awake time, it adds an awake time in the middle of my sleep. I really wish this app had the ability to change the beginning of your sleep. It doesn’t seem very smart to me that there will be an hour of sleep starting at 9 PM, then two hours of awake until midnight, and then seven hours of sleep, and when I adjust the sleep it still has me going to sleep at 9 PM. DEVELOPERS: I would really appreciate being able to manually adjust the sleep start time! I actually use two sleep apps so that I can get a more accurate sleep start time.
Update - Still waiting on the developer to respond to this question! Why does the apnea results take so long to populate? I’ve had to wait as long as 24 hours to see the previous night’s reading. Bought this app specifically to track my sleep apnea. It looks like it takes an hour or so before that info is populated after the previous night’s sleep, so just be aware of that. Be sure to set up a “Sleep” Focus if you’re using an iPhone (sorry, no clue what the Android equivalent is). I particularly like that this is a “one and done” purchase - no yearly subscription BS.
The insights from Infirmation organized by this app are very useful in understanding the aspects of your sleep. With this information I have found myself much more mindful of what I am doing to affect my sleep and wanting to improve my sleep so that I feel better. I got the dual app and I’m very pleased. Extremely valuable and worth the money hands-down.

I have to say, I receive much info from Auto Sleep but I sure could use a few more descriptive meanings to understand actually what it is they are saying about my sleep.
