My phone is not supported by the new software suite to access the app or my bill or anything other than a screen image saying update .Due to this I will be using Spectrum mobile as soon as I can get free of T mobile

my app will not update probably because it’s an iphone 8 !! I can’t check on my phones & also i might need to change my payments!! 😡

Two different countries, two different policies
Having to verify through email or txt every time I want to look at my T-Money account is stupid. If I’ve verified it once, it should stay that way. Fix it, please.
The new version requires iOS 17 , my iPhone 8 will only update to iOS 16, I guess it’s time to switch carriers since I have to get a new phone
Hello, NOT all Tmobile customers have the latest device or ability to download every iteration of App UPDATES. That said, more consideration needs to be given to older version iPhone CUSTOMERS, so that we too can participate in Tmobile Tuesday TLife. I have been a loyal Tmobile Tuesday customer since it’s inception, years ago, so this abrupt cancellation of my ability to access T-Life Tuesday perks due to the latest app Update is absurd and disgusting. This lack of CONSIDERATION for longstanding customers is a disgrace. I pay FULL price monthly for my T-Mobile Services and should receive full benefits of the T-Life perks regardless of my iOS 16.75 Version. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling App to No Avail. Locked OUT! Total scam.
App’s horrible can’t change my pin
My phone will not update past 16. I have an iPhone 8 and bring sight impaired, I don’t want to learn a newer phone, nor can I afford one! Now I cannot access my T-Life! Now what? New phone service seems to be the only option.
I have an old phone and unable to use the app unless I update. I can’t buy a new phone so how to manage my phone plan/activities if not through the app?
Update keeps a person from accessing all the account information that used to be available.
I love how how it is to navigate through the app. This app is very detailed, user friendly and simply ROCKS!
I can’t use the app because it won’t support older IOS iterations. I wish they would have told me this before I got phone and internet. Please allow the app to work on older IOS iterations.
