I have an older IPhone and when trying to use the T-Life app it says I must update my app. However, my IPhone 8 Plus can’t run the required operating system to update the app. Is this T-mobiles way of forcing you to upgrade your older phone? I’m not interested in being locked into a contract to get a new phone when my current phone works just fine! But I would like to be able to use my app.
UPDATED: Bricked app since the “update” and now anything below iOS 17 won’t work. No rewards. OLD REVIEW: In my opinion and my shopping habits: I feel they used to have awesome rewards almost weekly, now it’s mostly a free food item and a shopping coupon not much different than what’s already out there. Used to have much better rewards almost weekly, now it’s like maybe once a month there’s a reward I’m actually interested in using.
We started TMobile for 9 years. We bought Samsung Note 8s and experienced good access in the cities but no signal in the country. Now that we have iPhones the network is accessible almost every where. We are happy with TMobile now. We are so satisfied we just ordered TMobile Internet for or home.
I feel that data and network was fluctuating a lot so network is unstable speed is like 180ms is not enjoying a lot u guys need to improve this .

This app is not accessible for the blind as far as the rewards go so T-Mobile Tuesday is no good and the rest of the app is iffy at best And I’ve had T-Mobile since I was 13 years old
I always have so many questions about every aspect of my account from billing questions to shipping and receiving questions to accessory questions you name it. They’re always there and they’re always very quick and kind and professional with their service. I couldn’t ask for anyone better than T-Mobile.

T-Mobile is the absolute worse company to deal with! Speaking with Customer Service representatives is akin to pulling teeth; very painful! Since trying to switch to T-Mobile last year, I learned they WILL NOT stand by their contracts! I had to contact a Company CEO who was able to fix mistakes that were made by the representative who signed me up initially. I now have just T-Mobile internet, but I have to call every month to try and fix my bill. The majority of the Customer Service Representatives do not speak American English and do not enter information properly, yet they say, “everything is updated”! Why is this Company refusing to support their customers!!!???
There was a fleece blanket giveaway a few months back. And I went to pick up one for my self. After work and they were gone. This happened at the T mobile in The Bronx. Around Brook avenue. How is that possible? Thank you.
T-Mobile is simply the greatest
We left Spectrum/Brighthouse/Charter after 34 years of loyal customer support due to their raising fees again and only 1 year into a promised 5 year price freeze. T-Fiber stepped in with a 10 year price guarantee at a 30% lower price and twice the speed both on download and upload side. Can’t understate their high speed, throughput and reliable service available through T-Fiber (T-Mobile/Metronet). Their installation service technicians and online service team work hard to ensure you get what you pay for and anticipate additional needs with follow-up contact made after the sale.
I have loved T mobile ever since we switched to it. I had previously had AT&T and service was so bad with them and billing was even worse. With T mobile my bill stays the same and I get more benefits through my plan with amazing service and amazing customer service from their employees! Wonderful job to T mobile

Very comprehensive app while user friendly
Been with TM for the past 7 years has not let me down. Came from AT&T and let me tell you straight BS! TM takes care of their customers especially FIRST RESPONDERS. I know I haven’t dived into their promotions yet but I’ll take the discount on my bill
