I'm really enjoying this app

I love T-Mobile. I’ve been with them ever since 2014. Never had a problem with them and I just I don’t know they’re easy to work with. So if anybody wants to go T-Mobile do it it’s better for the money

I hate this app more than any other app ever. It is just a huge stream of ads and it is so difficult to do anything I actually want to be able to do with my cellular account. It’s extremely difficult to contact support using this, and when you do have a chat window open, you can only see two lines of the chat so you have to scroll in a very annoying way. The screen is full of space for me to type my replies, but I can’t read much of the chat.

The sims protection there’s a charge for using it??

This all might be one of the most useless things I’ve ever seen all I want to do is check how many people are connected to my internet and for some reason it’s genuinely impossible to load it constantly refreshing before I can even see anything and I’m not even sure why

The most recent iOS upgrade eliminates app usage for older phones. This inhibits access to so many and is a significant barrier for usage, bill pay, and support. I’m all for technology advancing- but it’s ugly when it leaves a significant population without support or easy access to services.

Every time I open the app it tells me I have to download the new version of it. I have to do a new update but every time I try to do it it does not go through and it also does not allow me to go back to the old version that I had, it doesn’t make sense to give a new version of the app when that doesn’t work and you take away the old version of the app that did actually work so now I’m totally locked out. I can’t get into my T-Life app at all this is really pissing me off, so disgusting you guys shouldn’t introduced something new until you worked out all the kinks. FIX IT!!!!

This app has weekly rewards like $5 movie tickets once a month. Free food from different companies and way more rewards like traveling, concerts and stuff. Very fun and rewarding app.

Instead of shoving A.I chat bots down everyone’s throat, please use the A.I and ask it how you can implement older ios versions, won’t take longer than 2 weeks 😉

My IPhone 8 will not do the latest updated app version. I would prefer a choice to keep the old app and get my perks than not being able to do nothing at all. Now I’m considering switching to another company rather than being forced to buy another phone just for an updated app version. Very annoying and frustrating.

recent updates make it a bear to use with constant login/time-outs that require entering email and pw. not worth the hassle. uninstalled

Maybe make sure it works with older phones?

I have a 8+ phone it says that I need 17 or later to update the app doesn’t open at all

I am giving this 3 starts not because I don’t love T mobile but because I am unable the app due to an older iPhone that does not support the version 17 required by the T mobile app. Please consider as there maybe a population that is in the same boat as me.

Love how the app will crank the brightness to display a barcode but doesn’t restore it back down after

After being with the for years they will lie and tell you anything. They stoled money for me, lied, was unprofessional. Even Apple and Verizon states they are bad and they are crooks. Go to anyone but them. You will learn the wrong way if you stay with them or join. Also the good reviews are friends or they buy them

I can no longer use scam shield to block calls with the new update. This app is now useless.

Can’t even open the app now and it won’t allow the update to 17.0

It doesn’t update
