They turned paying your bill into forced shopping. What a pathetic joke this company is.

The whole app is not bad but since they forced the scam block into it, the whole app gets 1star. Scam block only blocks the 800-888 numbers. Out of 5-10 calls I get a day, the app only blocks like 2-5 a week.

They Get on My Nerves

The app’s sole job to sell things and collect money. No opportunity to reduce service or manage the plan. Your only recompense is to wait hours for customer service

Deleting the app. It is a hotmess, including failure to complete payment transactions with Apple Pay. 🥃 💃🏼🕺🏻🦊🏃‍♀️⁉️ Bear in mind there is no system setting that disables Apple Pay for one specific app while leaving it available everywhere else; it’s either available to all apps that support it or not available at all. Apple Wallet & Apple Pay works so well I haven’t carried a wallet for 3 years now… and with Digital ID having my passport, I don’t need my drivers license at Airports. Who says wishes don’t come true!! What this boils down to is that apps that try to be all functionality to all people (boiling an ocean) tend to fail. Threads is not part of Instagram and not part of FaceBook. Meta learned the ocean boiling lesson with FaceBook years ago. T-Mobile just apparently has to learn it thought experience vs observation. 😕 🚮 Deleted the app…

Delete this all you want but I’ll keep reposting it until you decide to put more effort into fixing this app instead reading through reviews worried about other people’s opinions. Why am I suddenly harassed into leaving sensitive bank info on this app for autopay when this company was involved in a massive data breach? It’s bad enough that customer service has been outsourced. And ever since then I’ve been bombarded with scam call after scam call after scam call from people in India. The same country that T-Mobile stupidly decided to entrust everyone’s phone numbers and financial info with. Everyone stateside should individually sue this company until they’re bankrupt. The website was terrible for years. And the only priority of this garbage T-Life app is pushing ads and harassing everyone to sign up for autopay. Now go cry about this review and lie about how I’ve violated some non-existent terms or something.

Siri don’t work, WiFi didn’t work. Took 2 weeks to get phones. I want out of all of this!!!!

needs an update every single time i open the app

Not only does this app only show coming soon to your account. I can’t pay my bill setup auto payments and if I try to use the website it forces open the app and says that I feature is coming soon. I’m on a consumer account. This is beyond ridiculous. If I could give this negativ stars I would

App is fine for managing my account, but you get bombarded with promotional notifications. You can’t tailor which notifications you receive (promotional notifications vs actually helpful ones regarding your account), so your only option is to turn them off entirely.

This app and how much they force you to use it has only one job, to farm you data, and for that reason it gets 1 star

The app freezes every time I try to see all my T-Mobile Money transactions. Putting T-Mobile Money in the phone app was just stupid! It’s been awful ever since. Can’t wait to close my account
