Benefits are good. Too bad only 1 person can redeem them & not everyone thats on the plan even though technically we are all tmobile members. Also, I ordered a new phone & I can’t check the delivery status of it. Im assuming its a bug but its such a headache

I do declare….this T-Mobile Life application really does live up to its great expectations. It is purposely developed to allow for the inclusion of T-Mobile’s many services, benefits and security features in one down-to-earth “app.” And the app updates are most welcome. A round of applause to T-Mobile, if you please!
I don’t know why but my bill is getting increased. I know I started paying my service with $70-ish and now my my service is $130? And my network is slow in some areas so yeah. I give 3 stars rating.
So happy i left Verizon. They never took care of me.

Worst Customer Service I have ever experienced. Totally screwed my Account up from the beginning!!! Fiber installation wasn’t ready for two for weeks after I needed Service. They sold it Anyway!!! Then they installed it completely incorrectly and just patched it up when they responded to my complaints because my service wasn’t as stated. To top it all off their explanation of billing is a Gambit of lies and manipulation !!! T-Mobile is a Horrible Corporation interested in lining their pockets with Deception. Spectrum was better!!! I’ll be canceling my Mobile as well!!! Odious T-Mobile and it’s Supporters🌈MagentA13🌈FTK 👏🤟🌠👑🤚

This organization is a fraud
Whether it’s t mobile or apple or both, they have managed to screw up the hotspot so badly, that ever time I want to use it, I have to restart my phone!
They do everything possible to keep actual costs opaque. If you like an app where you are required to hunt for your actual costs, this is the one for you. Awful app. Awful support. All veiled in pretty presentation.
If you use an iPhone 8/8+ you cannot update to iOS 17 that is the iOS required for the newest T-Mobile app update. But apparently T-Mobile developers have a way to let you use an older version of the app. I don’t know how long it will work but for now -April 2026- is working fine. So thank you T-Mobile!
The whole app is not bad but since they forced the scam block into it, the whole app gets 1star. Scam block only blocks the 800-888 numbers. Out of 5-10 calls I get a day, the app only blocks like 2-5 a week.
