I became a member from the merger with US cellular, so far I have found the app and the company to be quite easy to work with and use. I like the payment features and how clean it is to track it. i’ve also added the home Internet through T-Mobile and it seems to supply great signal and be quite reliable. If I could make one request it would be for slightly better pricing when bundling using only one phone line and don’t require the family plan. altogether other than the slightly higher monthly payment I enjoy T-Mobile and the app.

This app is waste of time. Cannot toggle sim on or off, the app keeps changing caller ID names and profiles associated with accounts. Calling 611 to resolve doesn’t work either because apparently even if you are the primary account holder, the people on the other end of the phone can’t help. This app is a disaster!

These new phones are difficult to operate.they should have classes to teach you how to operate your new phone. They have places to go to learn. But the language they use is totally different from English. It should be called phone language and descriptive operation of your new AI phone. A new vocabulary. With ways to operate or punch buttons.
