Upside: Gas & Food Cash Back

Doesnt work and they don’t give clear instructions

I’ve been trying to use this app for a few months now, checked the receipts, double checked them, and everything that is needed is on them. I have not received any cash back on the gas receipts I’ve accepted and admitted. Not sure what the barrier is.

I have the app a month, when I upload receipts it says tomorrow, today, delayed, it paid me once out of 4 receipts. Unacceptable for letting them track you and your spending.

Upside claims that they’re gonna put the money in my bank account. I’ve been trying to put it in my account for months.

It’s been 12 days and still nothing happened for cash back.

They make you think you’re getting cash back by going to the restaurant provided if you use your preferred card but then when you go to checkout you have to use a code for your sever. False advertising for sure. I do use for my gas and never had a problem but been trying to use for restaurants recently and EXTREMELY disappointed

You took off Love’s. I buy most of my gas at Love’s. The only food is Taco Bell, Burger King, domino’s Pizza. I don’t eat at any of those. Please add more choices.

Love this app it gives real money back on the gas you’re already buying. Last year I earned $100 just by using the app. I haven’t had the app long but I think that’s good

Really not worth the time. I cashed one purchase out and they never processed the rest, stayed pending. Emailed them, very unprofessional!!

You can use it at restaurants, and gas stations. The prices are not always correct due to the war in Iran rn but they’re mostly correct! It took me about a month to make $10 to cash out. You can cash out before then but have to pay like a dollar fee or something. Extra money in times like these is always helpful. It’s accepted at most circle k and shell stations in my area

They lie about fuel prices

If you drive you have to have gas. You might of as well download this app and keep your receipts. The money either goes back into your bank account or you can get a gift card!

There is legit no reason anyone shouldn’t be using this app for every single gas station, restaurant and grocery story that they are affiliated with

Since I have had this app I’ve received money back and continued saving on gas and food. Love it

It claims you can link PayPal but you can’t. I’ve had the same checking account same savings account since 2002 never ever had a problem with it and have direct deposit for not only multiple business accounts but three personal accounts as well and every advertisement and the website claims that you can cash out to PayPal now even after talking to customer service they’re saying I can’t cash out to PayPal so they want me to choose a gift card to other businesses which is not a cash back payment it’s a digital gift card payment.

I drive Uber and was encouraged by Uber to get this card to save on fuel. It’s a nice idea but the closest gas station is 175 miles away. But I can get a discount at the local bar, just in case I want to drink and drive. Central Oregon is a dead zone for this app.

I’ve used this app for years but I can no longer get into my app no matter if I use Face ID or manually enter the password with the app closing and I’ve deleted and downloaded it again and again with no success. Interesting how I can get notifications from the app but can’t login or get customer service to help. Don’t waste your time, just use GasBuddy and you can see the local gas prices.
