Upside: Gas & Food Cash Back

I’m getting way to many issues while trying to claim my offers for Market 32. You keep telling me it’s because of the number of claims I have when it’s actually your site

Super user friendly. The app is seamless. It s real easy to invite friend and it automatically adds the friend reward. I’ve only used it for fuel, but I’m sure the food and groceries features work just as great.

After submitting card info, it took days to process the first transaction, there’s a lot of hoops to jump through to get a decent deal. But the later transactions still haven’t processed seems like a scam to me…. You can’t pay cash either which seems like BS. If you have the receipt what’s the difference…. Not impressed so far. I referred a bunch of friends still haven’t got credit for that…. Overall not impressed!

Getting this app. It’s like reverse couponing! Love it!

I made 5 purchases over $80 of gas starting on March 15th.. and they all still say processing… it’s now April 16th

Takes a year for your thing to actually process

Great app, perfect way to stick it to get some money back from the sleazy California congressional parties. Only issue I have is a couple of times now I was given less than the rate I claimed. I used the card I told it I was gonna use, and I didn’t upload a receipt because it states “card on file” is recommended. When I asked the chat about it it gave me some reasons, but I did everything correctly. I have been now paying inside the store because I think paying at the pump is harder for the system to recognize and confirm the purchase, thus giving me less the claimed amount.

Intentionally not paying users to keep profits. It’s a scam that needs to be federally investigated.

I don’t know what happened, but I got a new personal phone and I put it on there then they locked my account. I have put in a request report to repair my account. I’ve never had this trouble before.

I’ve had this app for a while and it’s a toss up. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t. I often get a notice saying that they can’t find my transaction because I didn’t use the same card. I’ve literally used to same card that it’s in my wallet because I only have one. I’ve lost a lot of cash back because of this glitch!

The processing time is so slow it takes a week or more to process and you took loves gas station off app so now I can’t use app.

Used for months while fueling up, suddenly my account is inaccessible and now the “rewards” are as well…

Seems like they look for every opportunity to not give cash back. Scan a receipt, OH they can’t find it. I have only received the correct amount of cash back that they stated only one time if I receive it at all. All other times it is nowhere the amount you “ claim”. Not worth the hassle. There are better apps out there that give discount immediately. No hassle/ lies or B/S.

Difficult to earn cash back. You have to open app prior to claiming rebate, submit receipt and answer a lot of questions regarding your receipt prior to uploading. My gas receipts have so far been labeled as “need review” or “ processing” weeks later. No cash back earned and been over a month already. Other apps are much easier to use.

I love upside- it’s like free money that goes straight to fund my Amazon habit.

I’ve used this app for years but I can no longer get into my app no matter if I use Face ID or manually enter the password with the app closing and I’ve deleted and downloaded it again and again with no success. Interesting how I can get notifications from the app but can’t login or get customer service to help. Don’t waste your time, just use GasBuddy and you can see the local gas prices.
