I am thankful for the offers and rewards provided via capital one shopping as it has helped me save money as prices for just about everything continue to rise.

I use this app all the time and I love it. Great cash back.

This app (just like all other capital one websites and apps) does not work. I should’ve expected this to say the least. It won’t allow me to sign in with my capital one account - it keeps sending me in an endless loop, my capital one account sign in is successful and then it pops me back to the sign in screen.

They constantly barrage you with claims of rewards but when the time comes for them to deliver on the rewards they make it frustratingly impossible. Example: they are aware you’ve met their terms and say you qualified for the reward and then still make you need a confirmation email to claim the rewards, but conveniently the email will never show up. And no it’s not in the junk folder either. 100% waste of time and effort.

Right off the bat I saved $15 on a new shirt from Walmart.

The few times I have tried to use the rewards or deals on this app they do not work. I follow the directions precisely to make sure I am eligible and the deal/reward should apply. This app has been more frustrating and upsetting than helpful or useful.

So I just signed up for capital one and haven’t got a chance to use it yet! I’ve heard nothing but good things and I look forward to having the same experience as others. I’ll update my review once I get a feel for capital one shopping.

I love this app I’ve saved hundreds of dollars my only complaint would be the redemption options. I don’t shop at most of the businesses. I wish you could just either get a visa gift card or directly deposit in your bank account
