Best app ever for rewards
I’ve tried to buy a few different pairs of sneakers that say they’re one price(like $40-60) but when I go to cash out the price I’m about to be charged is over $100. If the price that’s shown is what I’m charged, I would use it!!

First of all, the email address to their “help” center is no longer monitored. Inquiries receive an automated response and a link back to the app. You cannot update your email address, and the help article indicates you should spend your rewards balance and then delete and replace your account. But you can’t spend your rewards without verifying your email….so it appears if you no longer have access to the email you originally signed up with, you just have to forfeit all your rewards because they have made it impossible to reach any form of customer service without….you guessed it….clicking a verification link sent to an account you can’t access. Useless.
Working well now
They promise a monetary reward/ bonus for signing up and allowing it to run on your browser and then they don’t deliver. Terrible service and terrible customer service.
App wise it is good and nothing to say about it. But Capital Shopping help support is not good. If we sent an email to support team on the specific issue or concern . They will sent one generalized email, which will not help or resolve our issue.All the time they will say the reason for rewards status is ineligible due to any one of these following reasons. If we prove that our purchase will not come under these reasons. They will send the same email. They will not investigate and explain to the customer. If we get the rewards we are lucky or else we are screwed.

Nice to get a little bit back after all the fees that are made on credit cards. Wish they would offer MORE money back to help the little people out more. Something is better than nothing though!
