Absolutely love this app. It gives me best deals when looking for anything i want to shop. Its become a habit pf mine now to check Capital one Shopping before i buy anything
I had seen the ad for a reward since I bank with Capital One. Followed the convoluted instructions and nothing. Seems like another scam to gather meta data. Losing trust in the brand as a whole.
It requires you to go to the Safari browser and then drops the ball.
Have used the app for over a month now and the deals and offers I’ve gotten have been decent. I haven’t received any of the rewards/cash back yet so I can’t speak to that. I had an issue with referring someone and contacted customer service and the person who I was emailing with acted like a bot, refused to answer any of my questions, and when I asked for help, they closed the ticket. Very disappointed and soured my desire to continue using the service.

I did all the requirements for the sign up bonus and then it said bonus expired. I contacted capital one support about this and all I got was a generic email about the account being reviewed and ineligible.
I have not received my rewards bonus for using capital one shopping extensions
Terrible app, no support. It’s basically you giving them access to push promotions to you with mostly false hopes of credit backs
I’ve had this app installed, and by extension, browser extension, for years now. It will pop up on every order like a mosquito buzzing in your ear and will NEVER actually use a code that works. That is correct, after years of using this product, it has never saved me any money. And I’m an actual capital one customer. Don’t waste your time, same deceptive trick you think it is.

The set up for this is absolutely ridiculous and too time consuming. I am removing the app before I could even use it .
